Well, with relationships this is wonderful: Date your wife.
With life, I just try to follow three rules. They tend to encompass everything if you take the time to really think about them.
1. Make yourself happy. (I play music, write, speak, take walks, sing, etc.)
2. Make other people happy. (Do something for somebody. Help.)
3. Do something with your life. (Donate, help a charity, start a charity, make something you really believe in and run with it.)
If I’m following those three steps, I’m happy. Try it.

To love is like feeling the sun shine on you; to be loved is like feeling the sun from two sides
“The good news is that one person has what it takes to change the world.
The bad news is that you havn’t realized that it’s you.”
I looked at this quote for days without realizing that it was talking about me. Is it talking about you too?

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in a pretty, well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting ‘Holy shit! What a ride’.
Life is simple – we make choices and never look back!
Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get it and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that! …until you start believing in yourself, ya ain’t gonna have a life. – Rocky Balboa
There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so
Troubles pushes us forward or backward on a continous basis.
