Start Thinking of the good things happened in the day, which help me to feel better…!!!
I try to make up for it the next day

or just get drunk

When I’m having a bad day, I remember all
the people in this world who’ve given me
True Love. I still know a lot of them, but am
building in Costa Rica, & they’re in USA.
GO TO SLEEP && EAT !
I loove to eat and lay on the couch with my boyfriend!!!
Run, exercise, walk my dog…
Use that negative energy to take care of small household chores. That usually is enough to get me into a productive state of mind. Then I take on more meaningful tasks after which I feel better becuase I turned a bad day into a productive one.
sleep a lot
Put on my dance shoes and dance! To the music in my heart. Or, tend to my herb garden
spend time with my cat
spend time with animals
surf the internet
listen to music
go for a walk
If I’m at work I look to my left.
If I’m at home, then I look at some daft texts on my phone and think of the people that shared them.
