  1. The mind. Use your mind to think about truth. And you will gain knowledge of the truth.

  2. Angria:

Watching the false foundation you have built over the years, what you thought was the “truth,” completely shatter by the real truth, what you have been avoiding all along. I now realize what is the best route to the truth, but it may not be the only route for certain people.

  3. Debbie:

Being straight forward, but that’s not always the easy option, But I still try.

  4. LaraC:

In the battle for truth, the battle is often the only truth

  5. Aaron:

Being open to new people and ideas.

  6. Heath:

I don’t believe in ultimate/universal truth. Or, I believe that if it does exist, there’s no way for humans to understand it from our limited/flawed perspectives. We are far too ‘close’ to the systems to ever get a clear view of them.

That being said, I do believe that each person has to go by their own self-discovered ‘truths’ … while keeping in mind that they are PERSONAL, and thus do not necessarily apply to ANYONE else (not to mention that they could be glaringly FALSE to yourself after further learning).

The best route to personal truth? Explore and test the world and the people around you. Immerse yourself in life by guessing, taking chances, and occasionally failing spectacularly. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes and learn from them, because making mistakes is the #1 best way to find personal truth. When you feel that you are no longer discovering new truths, you’ve started doing it wrong.

  7. b:

straight forward and no looking back

  8. kp:

Thinking a thousand times before you open your mouth to speak, because words distort what is in the heart and mind. Words distort the truth. Thinking a thousand times before you make a decision to do something, whether small or big. Every action you take is something that you cannot take back. Truth of your character lies in your actions. Be the best person that you can be, and speak with honesty, removing all fear from within you that what you say/do will not please someone.

  9. Actively Ask 🙂

  10. s.u.s.a.n:

  12. anonymous:

usually the hardest one. and usually, most people will reject it and tell you it isn’t true. but truth is worth it.

  13. Mandy:

Be honest. And just face it. Stare it down till you conquer it.

  14. Nic:

    Introspection, followed by open discussion.

  15. Clarissa:

What is your truth about? Sometimes I feel that some truths are better left alone- when they need to be discussed these truths should be handled with compassion other wise gloom and doom take over.

you know when you aren’t being honest with yourself.
