  1. insult them back– you should try to be the better person, else the cycle continues.

  2. Unbelievaburgers:

    Point out to them all your insecurities, weaknesses and failings. W H O A . . . . on second thought…

    **Profound Moment of Clarity**

  3. Unbelievaburgers:

also: bring up your fat mom who is also unintelligent.

  4. Tolerance:

A member of our family is insulting every time we are in the same room together. But, the GREAT thing is that there is nothing that needs to be done, because her childish behavior speaks volumes for her character and makes herself look bad. And the funny thing is that EVERYONE ‘gets it’ except for her! And if anyone tells her to get over it and be accepting, she threatens suicide.

  5. Mazl:

    …retaliate…

  6. Nina:

    Thank them.

  7. m:

stay awake.. don’t react. That’s what bullies feed off of. Act like it doesn’t bother you.

  8. Nick:

    care.

  9. LulĂș:

    believe it’s true

  10. pee on them

  11. Lucy:

i agree with Madeline..why be as low as they just were? it only makes you feel worse to come up with a nasty insult to retaliate back with. just take a deep breath and swallow the frustration.

  12. Unbelievaburgers:

Rumble with a gang of flamingos up to no good

  13. Me:

    react

  14. Annie:

You all are being too nice. I like to turn around bad behavior by asking a question. For example, “does it make you feel better to be so critical of everything?” or “when did you start being a critic?” Just keep asking them questions and they will either leave or change the subject. They will also respect you for not taking the criticism to heart.
