FUTURE 🙂
Deb:
God as the Director of my life; believing God’s there waiting for me to call upon Him wanting to talk with me, to converse, congratulate, and complain whenever I need to and that He will always love me no matter what. Knowing that I can do anything through Christ who strengthens me. Believing He holds a picture of me on his dresser just like a parent would, showing He’s proud of me even with my faults but focuses instead on my positive strengths.
Morning sunshine, clean slates, second chances, the right to change my mind, the ability to have sound thought and reason (most of the time!), good memory, fantasy, hearing a child laugh (especially mine), experiencing an “ah hah” moment, the feeling of being loved, receiving validation and approval, the decision to go with a moment and enjoy it instead of rationalizing and losing the opportunity for fun, the ability to make a difference in my life or in the life of others, seeing someone change their perspective from hopeless to hopeful, embracing change although initially fear inducing but then reaping the reward that grows from the experience, seeing God’s miracles, witnessing someone’s compassion, grace and love. The realization of the many blessings in my life, my relationships, my children, my husband.
